The Process
You send a message
Use the form below or WhatsApp if that is easier. A few sentences on what you are trying to build is plenty to start.
I reply within 24h
You will hear back personally β with clarifying questions and, where possible, a rough scope to react to.
We scope it together
A short call or async back-and-forth to land on a fixed-price quote and timeline before any work starts.

What to Include
You do not need a full spec β but including these three things in your first message means my reply can be a real answer instead of a round of clarifying questions:
- β’What you are building β even a rough one-liner ("a booking app for a gym," "a REST API for an existing mobile app") is enough.
- β’Budget range or timeline, if you have one β it helps me suggest the right scope instead of guessing.
- β’Anything you already have β designs, an existing codebase, or a product you like the feel of.

Frequently Asked Questions
Before You Reach Out
I read every message personally β no sales team in between. You will get a reply within 24 hours (usually faster during Nepal business hours, UTC+5:45). If the project is a good fit, the reply includes a few clarifying questions and, where possible, a rough scope so we can move to a call already aligned.
The three things that speed things up most: what you are trying to build (even a rough one-liner is fine), your rough budget range or timeline if you have one, and any existing materials β designs, an existing codebase, or a competitor product you like. You do not need a full spec; a clear problem statement is enough to start.
Yes β happy to sign yours or use a simple mutual NDA before any detailed scope discussion. Mention it in your message and I will send one over before our first call.
A 20β30 minute video call (Google Meet or Zoom) works best for scoping β screen-sharing an existing product or mockup is often more useful than describing it in text. If timezone overlap is tight, I am also happy to start with an async written scope and move to a call once we are aligned on the basics.
