What Happens Next

The Process

1

You send a message

Use the form below or WhatsApp if that is easier. A few sentences on what you are trying to build is plenty to start.

2

I reply within 24h

You will hear back personally β€” with clarifying questions and, where possible, a rough scope to react to.

3

We scope it together

A short call or async back-and-forth to land on a fixed-price quote and timeline before any work starts.

What to Include

You do not need a full spec β€” but including these three things in your first message means my reply can be a real answer instead of a round of clarifying questions:

What you are building

Even a rough one-liner β€” β€œa booking app for a gym,” β€œa REST API for an existing mobile app” β€” is enough.

Budget range or timeline

If you have one, it helps me suggest the right scope instead of guessing.

Anything you already have

Designs, an existing codebase, or a product you like the feel of.

Working With Clients Abroad

Europe Β· UK Β· US Β· Australia

Where my clients are
Nepal, Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. Remote work is the normal case here, not an exception being made for you.
Reply time
Within 24 hours, every time, including for enquiries that arrive while Kathmandu is asleep. A written scope and fixed quote follow within 48 hours of our first call.
Language
English for everything β€” calls, written scopes, commit messages, code comments and handover docs. Every word on this site was written by me.
Getting paid across borders
Invoices in USD, settled by international bank transfer, Wise or a Stripe invoice. NPR quotes for clients based in Nepal.

If you would rather read before you write, the honest version of all of this is on how I work β€” including what I need from you, what happens when something slips, and the tools an engagement runs in. Rates are on pricing, the work itself is in the case studies, and three clients have gone on the record about working with me.

For anything urgent, WhatsApp reaches me fastest, and regminimesh7@gmail.com works if your organisation would rather keep everything on email. Both go to me, not to an inbox someone else monitors.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Reach Out

Yes β€” most of my work is for clients abroad. I have delivered projects for clients in Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom, all of it remote, all of it in English. Being outside your country changes the invoicing and the meeting times; it does not change how the work is run.

I read every message personally β€” no sales team in between. You will get a reply within 24 hours (usually faster during Nepal business hours, UTC+5:45). If the project is a good fit, the reply includes a few clarifying questions and, where possible, a rough scope so we can move to a call already aligned.

Kathmandu is UTC+5:45 and I work Sunday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. That leaves four to five hours of same-day overlap with Central Europe, three to four with the UK and with eastern Australia. The United States is the awkward one: there is almost no overlap inside standard hours, so US calls are scheduled in my evening, around 19:00–22:00 in Kathmandu, which is roughly 09:15–12:15 US Eastern. Pick a time that suits you and I will work around it.

The three things that speed things up most: what you are trying to build (even a rough one-liner is fine), your rough budget range or timeline if you have one, and any existing materials β€” designs, an existing codebase, or a competitor product you like. You do not need a full spec; a clear problem statement is enough to start.

Yes β€” happy to sign yours or use a simple mutual NDA before any detailed scope discussion. Mention it in your message and I will send one over before our first call.

A 20–30 minute video call (Google Meet or Zoom) works best for scoping β€” screen-sharing an existing product or mockup is often more useful than describing it in text. If timezone overlap is tight, I am also happy to start with an async written scope and move to a call once we are aligned on the basics.

Yes. I am comfortable as a sole developer on a project or embedded in an existing team β€” working in your Slack, your issue tracker and your repository, against your branching and review conventions rather than importing mine.
