I take on AI Developer work for clients in and around Kathmandu, working directly with you rather than through an agency layer.

Most machine learning work that reaches production is the pipeline around the model, not the model itself — cleaning the data, holding out an honest test set, and shipping the result behind an API that fails safely when it's unsure. The fake-news classifier I built reached 94% accuracy on held-out data, and most of that project was pipeline work, not architecture.

In practice this usually means starting with a baseline model on your real data in the first one to two weeks, before committing to a more complex architecture — if the signal isn't in the data, you find out early and cheaply rather than after a month of tuning.

Kathmandu is Nepal's commercial and startup hub — most of the fintech, e-commerce, and SaaS teams I've worked with (including the team behind BabalCloud) are based here or run distributed teams out of the valley. If you're based in Kathmandu, in-person kickoff calls and occasional in-office syncs are easy to arrange alongside the usual async workflow.
