Django's ORM and admin panel are why I reach for it on anything with real data-integrity requirements — the Bus Management System's ticketing and seat-booking logic runs on Django precisely because double-booking a seat is the kind of bug that costs a client trust, not just an apology. Django REST Framework turns that same backend into a clean API a Flutter or Next.js frontend can consume without extra glue code.

Where Django isn't the right call: a backend that's mostly real-time websocket traffic with little relational data is often better served by something lighter. I'll say so during scoping rather than defaulting to what I know best.

Lalitpur (Patan) sits right alongside Kathmandu's business district, and a number of the design, NGO, and social-enterprise clients I've worked with are based here. Projects from this area have tended to lean toward content-heavy, accessibility-conscious builds rather than pure transactional apps — which shapes how I scope the initial architecture.
